1. Who we are

TechBraga is an EU-registered IT consultancy based in Europe. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website (techbraga.com). Contact:[email protected].

2. What data we collect

Contact form data — name, email, company and your message, processed via Formspree solely to respond to your enquiry.
Booking data — when you schedule a call via Calendly, Calendly processes the details you provide under its own privacy policy.
Analytics data — with your consent only, Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location). No tracking runs if you decline cookies.
Job applications — CVs and details you submit through our careers page, used only for recruitment.

3. Legal bases

We process contact and application data on the basis of taking steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics runs only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Data retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and up to 24 months after the last contact. Application data is deleted no later than 12 months after the recruitment process ends unless you ask us to keep it.

5. Processors and transfers

We use Formspree (form processing), Calendly (scheduling), Google (analytics, with consent) and Cloudflare (hosting/CDN). Where these providers process data outside the EEA, transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD).
